ACT Three

Buildings, sidewalks and streets make up a city; PEOPLE build a community. Our purpose is to build real community beyond the bricks and mortar. We exist to inspire all our citizens from our youth, to our newcomers, to our life-long leaders to come together and rise to action without barriers or borders.

Why Attend

New Brunswick is facing serious labour shortages with one of the highest vacancy levels in the country as it's linked to an aging population with a rising number of workers reaching retirement age and a persistent out-migration of youth.

ACT Three offers a focused effort of igniting community conversations, engaging key influencers, and modeling progressive behaviour.

By showcasing regional talent who’ve made significant impact in our community, we’ll leverage their wisdom with the passion of our citizens. Bringing the right people together in the right way, with shared accountability and commitment builds thriving communities.

Begin your day with a delicious McDonald's coffee and James Mullinger, award winning entrepreneur, businessman, writer, philanthropist and comedian for a hugely inspiring, uplifting and hilarious keynote speech on celebrating where you live and how anything is possible in Atlantic Canada!

‘Anything is Possible…When We Believe’ will spark ideas and nuggets of wisdom from other fabulous speakers and just to name a few...

Dr. Mario Chiasson, consultant, speaker, author known for his practical insights on learning innovation. He's experienced and equipped to make big things happen when it comes to our youth's education.

Greater Moncton’s Top 20 Under 40 Panel, facilitated by our own Canadian Top 40 Under 40, Courtney Pringle-Carver will inspire us with their experiences and passion in building a stronger community.

  • Derek Martin, CEO of Tuxy Co, developers of the tuxy chothing line and winner on Dragon's Den

  • Dr Alexis Keeling, owner of Keeling Optometry

  • Crystal Richard - owner of three companies...under the umbrella of Crystal Richard & Co

  • Andrew LeBlanc - Executive Director of Atlantic Wellness and Councillor at Large in Riverview

Justin Ryan, Training & Development Manager, NB Multicultural Council focuses on the challenge all businesses are facing...an increasing shortage in our most valuable resource...people. Immigrants are vital to fill these ranks, and the need to be successful at recruiting, retaining and promoting culturally different employees is his speciality ensuring we create inclusive and diverse workplaces.

ACT Three offers a host of additional impactful presenters on topics that range from the value of our seniors, to emotional and mental health in the workplace, daring to lead, socks for the homeless to how mediocraty isn't acceptable any longer!

It's bound to be the most inspiring event you'll attend this year...please join us for ACT Three and be part of the ADVANCING COMMUNITY TOGETHERmomentum!
